2006 make your dream finally a reality

Hey everyone,

Finally coming off the christmas holidays and boy was it hectic. Shopping malls were crowded as people went crazy buying presents and spending money left and right. Well now that is all over the new year's is next. 2006 is approaching and as always people go ahead and say to themselves I want to get into better shape, I want to change my look. New Years there is a sudden rush to join gyms, buy videotapes on fitness, and all other gadgets shown on tv to change your look for good. There is nothing wrong with that, its good you are looking to change your look. The important thing though is to really have a plan to reach those goals. Lets look at this a bit more.

Ask yourself some questions before you begin the process of buying memberships or any products.

First ask yourself what is your goal? What do you want? To lose fat, to gain muscle, lose your love handles, lose weight? Once you decided on what your goal is, you will need to know what you need to do to get there? What sacrifices will need to be made to workout, how often you are going to workout, what you going to eat, what you are not going to eat, when you going to workout. This is important to know what you going to do to get your goal, because a goal with no plan spells F-A-I-L-U-R-E.

Lastly you will need to ask what are you currently doing to help contribute to your goal. Are you already eating better, are you moving around more? The things you are doing right keep them, and the things you are not doing right get rid of. This is basically a behaviors change.

These questions are basically made popular by business coach Debbie Happy Cohen. But they are applicable to achieving any goal, any dream. So remember ask yourself the following questions to make sure you're on path to making your dream body a reality in 2006.

What do you want?
What do you need to get there?
What are you currently doing relative to your goal?

Remember your body is your temple, treat your body with care and take pride in yourself. Believe and you will achieve.

Today I declare War.

Hi everyone, it's me again. I know I have not posted anything since November 7th but things are getting a bit hectic as I try to better my business to better serve all of you. I started out my day calling my girlfriend so she can go to school, luckily for me I had the day off from school itself. And in listening to my business coach and some other interviews it really hit me like a brick on what it is I should be doing.

Visiting the aol message boards, I came across some very depressing stories. Stories that perhaps I would be writing a few years ago if I did not decide enough was enough.
There are thousands of women who are really overweight, and NEED help. They want to be happy, they have not felt loved or appreciated by anyone in years. I felt this way too, I felt lonely, frustrated, depressed. I didn't know where to go for help, but I knew that I wanted to change my body.

What made the difference in my mentality and change in my body? I not only said I wanted to do it, I made sure I got the necessary help to make sure that I was committed to making changes. That's what many of you are missing. You not only lack faith that it can be done, you have no motivation, no drive, no direction. This means you are probably on the path to NO results, NO change, NO happiness. I cannot sit here and watch people get sick, die of heart diseases, break bones because they are too heavy. I do not know all of you who may read this post, but I will tell you this, I'm strong in my faith, and I am on a mission to do God's work, and I feel it's my calling to relieve people of the frustrations and heartache associated with being overweight. Stay Tune, because something really grand is coming up. And if you are ready, jump on I have a man in my corner who is higher than all, together we can declare war on sadness, frustration, embarassment and open our eyes to happiness, freedom, love.

must take in fewer calories than we put out,

adding to your diet:

Apple with the skin
Unsalted Nuts: Almonds, Peanuts, Walnuts

An easy way to get these in is having bran cereal

When looking to turn your body into a fat burning
machine, you need to have weapons in your arsenal to
have this machine fueling and literally melting the
fat right off your body. There are 6 rules to create
your own fat burning machine. How would like to sit
down and know that your body is burning fat right
now? Yes just by sitting down with these 6 tricks
you can burn more calories.

Well here are the 6 commandments that should be
followed if you are to have a fat burning machine:

1-Eat every 3 hours which would equal to about 5-6
meals a day depending on how many hours you sleep
this can vary.

2- Have a lean protein(turkey,chicken,fish)
carbohydrate and fat at each meal. Good fats that is
like olive oil, fish oil would do well here.

3- Drink lots of water. (Duh!) Approximately .6 to
.7 ounces per pound of body weight. Example: A
person who is 100 lbs would need to drink 60 ounces
of water a day.

4-Eat 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

5- Eat whole natural foods instead of processed
"white" foods like white flour, high sugar and low
nutrient based foods.

6- Take a multi-vitamin and an Omega 3 supplement
every single day. Not 3 times a week, EVERYDAY.

I've made the commitment, Have You?

Hello everyone,

It's 8:48 AM and yes I know you are probably drinking a cup of coffee on your way to work now and I'm on the computer thinking about what can I do to help people get into better shape.

I'm committed to see to it that results are not something people hope for but something people who work with me GET!

I decided to change my title to Fat for Life or Fit for Life; The Choice is Yours. The reason for this is because I personally feel we are a commitment away from changing the way our bodies look. If we are unhappy, frustrated, disappointed, embarassed by the way we look, then what don't we commit ourselves to something that can get rid of all of that.

The reason a lot of people do not step up to the plate and change their look and ultimately live happier lives is because they spend a lot of time wishing and planning and never actually doing anything. Stop putting what you can do now for tomorrow.

I woke up this morning a sudden rush of energy, wonder why? Because I have a job that I truly love. Yes this is what I do for a living. You can throw personal trainer or fitness expert behind my name but ultimate I'm the solution to your fitness problems. Whether it is to go ahead and lose body fat or to strengthen your bones so you do not suffer from osteoporosis, I'm there for you.
